We know that skiing and snowboarding are expensive sports.  The goal of the Flagstaff Ski Club is to expose as many athletes as possible to this fun and invigorating sport and we know that some families simply cannot afford to have their children on the team. 

Our team has aggressively sought sponsorship of scholarship funding and due to generous funding through the Flagstaff Community Foundation, we are able to offer ten scholarships thanks to GEOFUND and the Giovale Family.  Addtionally, the Flagstaff Ski Club, Inc. has committed to two more scholarships. 

Basic scholarships include the team program fee (for a one day program at $330), the equipment fee of $50 and the individual membership fee of $15.  At times Team FAST may have additional funding available for Snowbowl lift tickets and equipment.

We request that scholarship applications be turned in no later than October 15, 2010 to be considered for a partial or full scholarship for the 2010-2011 season on the slopes.
